Forgotten Pages

Forgotten Pages is a book-smell candle that actually earns the comparison. Cedarwood and aged leather open with the dry, papery quality of old bindings. Vetiver and patchouli deepen the heart into something earthier — the smell of a room that holds a lot of wood and paper and time. Labdanum adds a faint resinous sweetness, and a dark musk closes everything out. No florals, no citrus, no sweetness. Just the satisfying weight of a room full of shelves.

Hand-poured in Sarasota, Florida in small batches. Wax blend: soy-coconut. Wick: cotton-core. Net weight: 8 oz. Estimated burn time: 45–55 hours. Vessel: reusable glass tumbler — clean with warm soapy water once the candle is spent. Free of paraffin, phthalates, and parabens. Every batch is made in small quantities, which means minor variation between pours is part of the craft.

Trim the wick to ¼ inch before every burn. On the first burn, allow the wax to reach a full melt pool — typically 2 to 3 hours — to prevent tunneling. Keep away from drafts, pets, and children. Never burn unattended. Discontinue use when ¼ inch of wax remains.
